Sandeshers Foundation ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through the Contact page or the Products pre-booking form:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Message, notes, product of interest, and quantity (where applicable)

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not automatically collect browsing data. See the Cookies section below for the one exception: an embedded map that only loads with your consent.

3. Cookies

This Site does not set any cookies of its own. The only cookies that can be set come from the Google Map embedded on our Contact page, and only after you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, or explicitly choose to load the map yourself. If you reject cookies, the map stays hidden behind a "Load Map" button so you can still view it on demand without a prior blanket acceptance. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page. This applies to visitors everywhere, regardless of location.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, follow up on a product pre-booking (to confirm price, availability, and delivery), or discuss a CSR partnership. We do not sell, rent, or use your information for marketing without your consent.

5. Third-Party Services

This Site relies on a small number of third-party services to function:

• FormSubmit — processes and delivers contact/pre-booking form submissions to our email inbox. See FormSubmit's privacy policy.
• Google Maps — embedded on our Contact page to show our location, gated behind the cookie consent described above. Google may collect data per its own privacy policy once the map loads.
• Google Fonts — used to load the Site's typefaces from Google's servers.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — our "Let's Chat!" button links to WhatsApp; any conversation there is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Facebook and Instagram — linked from our footer; visiting those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or fulfill a pre-booking request, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including a spam-prevention check on our forms. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

9. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's involvement.
